Products Warranty
Our
WWW.XENONLINK.COM line of HID lighting products are all covered by a
one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, in which a
manufacturer-defective part, in the kit and within the warranty period will be
replaced at no additional charge. The warranty is void
if the cause of damage or failure is due to abuse, neglect, improper
installation, use other than the intended use or application, accidents,
or natural disasters. All bulbs are
tested and burned in by the manufacturer prior to delivery. It is the
purchasers responsibility to incur all warranty and return shipping charges.
Our HID-Xenon Conversion Kit are for
off-road driving
only within
the United states only, we do not held any responsibilities if its used on daily
driving.
Return & Exchange
Policy:
If
your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice
date, you may return it for an exchange only. All non-defective exchanges are
subject to a 15% of restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact
our returns department from within thirty days of your invoice and we will
provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number, the RMA no. Are only good for 12 days from the day of
issue. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.
In order to process the exchange, your purchase must be returned with shipping
prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and,
with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result
in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All non-defective returns for
credit or exchange are subject to a 15% of restocking fee, and must be completed
within 30 days of the invoice date. For all light products, please test product
for factory defects prior to installation. Once an attempt of installation has
been made, all light products are not exchangeable unless the item become
defective. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order item. WWW.XENONLINK.COM
will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide technical
specification information so that you can make an educated buying decision.
For any shipment that is refused,
you will automatically be charged $10.00 or 10%, whichever is greater (for
international order we will charge 30% of the invoice price plus all shipping
and duty we paid for the return product(s), to cover costs associated with
processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We
will issue a exchange item for the product when your exchange meets these
guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where
the return is a result of our error.
